I read your great blog – we are trying to decide whether to walk the Lycian Way (or sections of it) or go back to Crete – which we know and offers amazing hikes.
What the books don’t tell us are some things you might know:
We are planning for early May so I think that the accommodation should be OK – we don’t want to hike with tent and stove etc. I know you went in November nut any ideas which sections are tricky without tent?
Main thing – we lie quite demanding hikes ( we live near Alps) – which is the most exciting section – we don’t want a stroll – our ideal hiking is tough day walks with good accommodation (not luxury or anything – local room is fine)
What do you do for food in the villages overnight?
